Wedding Invitation Suites

Our love language is crafting wedding invitation suites that are timeless, tactile, functional, and effortlessly chic. We build your custom suite from the ground up, offering thousands of paper and embellishment options to choose from. Heidi will guide you throughout the creative process, ensuring it is fun and easy for you and every single detail is accounted for.

Wedding Day Stationery and Signage

Signage, napkins, stir sticks, gifting, menus, programs, favors, vow books- you name it, we create it! Event day signage and stationery is a world of fun and brings your event brand full circle. We design and produce all of the event day details that make your day truly memorable while handing logistics and timelines so you don't have to. 

Our design journey begins with a personalized consultation, where we dive into the details of your event: the color palette, the florals, your attire, your priorities, and what you love when it comes to all things paper. We begin dreaming up original concepts that capture the essence of your celebration and communicate the message you want to share. Following our call, we’ll prepare a tailored proposal with options for you to select from. With your 50% deposit, signed contract, and invitation wording, we’ll secure your spot on our calendar and officially kick off our journey together.

Are you a visual person? Rest assured—we’ll present all design concepts, printing techniques, color palettes, and sizes in a detailed digital proof, giving you a true sense of how your invitation suite will look. You’ll have the opportunity to review multiple options, each thoughtfully designed with you in mind. This is where we collaborate, experiment, and refine, creating an invitation that will captivate your guests and leave them excited for what’s to come.

Step 3: Run the presses

With your proof approval, we launch into production mode. Our artisan printers hand-mix your custom ink colors and carefully print each piece individually—yes, all by hand! When your finished pieces arrive at our studio, we meticulously inspect, assemble, and prepare them for mailing. We take care of all of the mailing intricacies for you, allowing you to focus on all of the other fun details.

Step 4: Mailing

Your beautiful event stationery hits the mail and spreads the word about the best party of the year. For added peace of mind, we offer tracked shipping to ensure everything arrives safely. Along with this, we send you a keepsake box containing your invitation suites, photographer’s copies, and extra sets to keep on hand. This is the ideal time for us to regroup and discuss your day-of signage and stationery needs—menus, place cards, welcome signs, seating charts, napkins, table numbers, and all the thoughtful details that will make your wedding day unforgettable. 

We typically book fully custom design services 7-14 months prior to your event. The typical timeframe for custom wedding invitations is 3 months from start to mailing. Wedding day pieces are designed within the 2-3 months leading up to your big day.

How far in advance of our wedding should we book?

Absolutely! Due to the nature of our work, most pieces can be mailed on your behalf or shipped to you. I am also available to travel nationally for many events if personal delivery and setup is requested. 

Do you work with couples outside of California?

Get in touch with us via the contact page to let us know your basic details such as wedding date and guest count. From there, we can set up a consultation call to get a feel for your preferences and create a proposal based on your needs.

What information do you need in order to send a quote?

The typical investment ranges depending upon your guest count, printing method, and the scope of your design. Custom invitations begin at $3000 with most couples investing between $4,000-$6,000 on their custom invitations
and $2,500-$5,000 on wedding day signage and stationery.
